The Cleaning Agents, a reputable and family-owned cleaning company based in Launceston, is currently seeking dedicated Commercial and Residential Cleaning Staff to join our growing team.

We deliver professional, reliable, and consistent cleaning services across Tasmania, with a strong client base spanning commercial offices, healthcare, residential homes, and short-stay accommodations.

Position Highlights:

• Employment Type: Casual / Part-time / Full-time opportunities available
• Locations: Launceston & statewide travel as required
• Hours: Flexible shifts across mornings, evenings, and weekends
• Start Date: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform high-quality cleaning duties in commercial and/or residential settings
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene protocols
• Maintain professional presentation and conduct on job sites
• Deliver consistent, detailed cleaning to meet company and client standards
• Communicate effectively with team leaders, supervisors, and clients as needed
• Support the cleanliness, presentation, and turnover of Airbnb and short-term accommodation properties (if applicable)

Requirements:

• A reliable vehicle and current driver’s licence (essential)
• Valid Working with Vulnerable People card (or willingness to obtain)
• National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Availability to work a range of shifts including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
• High attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent results
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good time management and organisational skills
• Physical capability to perform manual cleaning tasks

Desirable:

• Previous experience in commercial or residential cleaning
• Familiarity with ServiceM8 and Deputy software (training provided)
• Knowledge of infection control and safe chemical handling practices
